Our underwear is designed to fit snuggly so our sizing is a little more exacting.

If you are unsure of what size you are but you know you take a 34" trouser and it fits you perfectly, then you would be a size Medium (32" to 34" waist).

If you take a 34" trouser but it is a bit on the snug side, then you would be a size Large (34" to 36" waist).
