Terms and Conditions

  1. Access

    Access to and the use of the www.tribeunderwear.com.au website is conditional upon your acceptance, without alteration of these terms and conditions and may be amended from time to time and posted on the Tribe Underwear website by us.

  2. Use of the Online Shop and its content

    You must not use this online shop or any of the content, information, software or photo’s provided on and through the online shop for any of the following purposes:
    • The reproduction of the content in any material form.
    • The re-distribution of the content in any material form.
    • The re-transmission of the content by any medium of communication.
    • Uploading and or re-posting the content to any other site or location on the “WWW” online service or bulletin board.

  3. Refunds and Exchanges

    Due to health regulations Tribe Underwear do not accept returns on any underwear purchases except for faulty goods.
    Any faulty goods returned will be tested to determine the fault and a refund or exchange will be organised if it is determined to be a fabric or manufacturing fault.
    No exchanges or refunds will be given for incorrect choice by size, colour or style so please take care when ordering or contact us at help@tribeunderwear.com.au for assistance.

  4. Order Cancellations

    Please contact Tribe Underwear via e-mail to cancel an order. Cancellations can be accepted on current stock prior to dispatch.

  5. Prices and Payment

    The Prices for all underwear is as quoted on the website and is inclusive of G.S.T. Delivery Costs are not included. Payment of the whole order must be received by us before your order can be accepted and dispatched.

  6. Shipping

    All goods are shipped by Aust Post and are sent by Economy, Express or Air Mail depending on your location. If you would like your goods shipped by any other method please contact us at help@tribeunderwear.com.au to make the necessary arrangements.

  7. Delivery of Goods

    We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the delivery address provided on your order. Please ensure all delivery details are correct to ensure prompt delivery.
